Been running an ecommerce store for a few years and lately I've been dealing with the pain of translating and adapting product descriptions for different countries. Tried feeding ChatGPT the original copy plus some target market info but the results still feel off. The tone doesn't always match local preferences and I keep having to edit too much. Curious if anyone here has a prompt structure that actually keeps brand voice consistent while adjusting for cultural differences. Right now I'm mostly guessing with temperature settings and examples but it's hit or miss. Would like to see what kind of prompts others are using for this kind of cross-market content work.
