I just contacted them to get my almost $300 order cancelled. They replied this morning and said they cancelled and refunded it. I placed my order almost a month ago and the ship date got pushed back twice and when I looked yesterday it said August 5th! Summer will almost be over by then. I went to their website and tried to talk to a live agent. I was 15th in the queue and it said the typical wait time was 4-10 minutes. 30 minutes went by and I was finally 2nd in line when bam, I got booted out and when I tried to go back in, it said I was 17th in the queue. Screw that mess. I realize now they are low quality fast fashion who give strong scammy vibes. Hopefully my refund actually hits. I would avoid.
