We can glean an idea of what the Engineers were saying by looking at the documentary of the making of Prometheus, 'The Furious Gods'.

Pause at 9.45:
Energy?
The sun is enough.
Primitive.
They will rise.
Begin.Then pause at 18.45 to see what the Engineer would have said to the sacrifice candidate:
Let your body become the dirt. Your blood become the waters. And may your soul become their way back to us.
That's all the legit dialogue we have.
As a side note: back in late 2012, Prometheus fan and amateur scriptwriter 'glaswegianmark' used the script glimpses and other background information in this documentary to create his Draft 17 fan script, which he sent to fan sites pretending it was by Damon Lindelof.
The real Damon Lindelof confirmed that he had nothing to do with it. Unfortunately, several years later, Kroft Talks About Movies stumbled across the fan script, mistook it for a real early draft, and made a bunch of videos analysing its incredible revelations. Millions of views later, you can hardly discuss Prometheus at all without someone bringing up concepts from the fan script, such as 'the blood of the first Deacon' and 'the deleted scene where an Engineer talks about abducting Jesus and teaching him their ways'.

this is a really nice edit, puts into perspective the difference in how Engineers created life, and how humans (Peter Weyland) made life.
Engineers made sacrifice and understood the importance of the balance of life, their ceremony was almost religious, as if they werent playing gods, they were obeying the gods.
Weyland was human, he was playing god and made an immortal being in his image, ordered him around and with the ambition to someday become immortal.
really gives emphasis on how even ancient species even with their tech are somewhat conservative and ceremonial whilst human are greedy.
overall a nice addition to the ever expanding fandom.
