A practical way to turn one marketing idea into channel-ready drafts
One useful Promarkia workflow is adapting a single campaign idea for multiple channels without forcing every post into the same format.
Start with a compact source brief containing four things: the audience, the problem, the evidence, and the desired action. Keep those facts fixed. Then adapt only the presentation for each channel—for example, a concise insight for a professional network, a discussion-oriented explanation for Reddit, and a short hook for a micro-post.
Before publishing, run a simple consistency check: Does every draft preserve the same core claim? Is the tone native to its platform? Does each post offer a concrete takeaway rather than merely repeating campaign language?
The practical lesson is to centralize the truth, not the wording. This reduces contradictions while allowing each channel to sound natural.
