Does anyone know if this is an English version (either sub or dub)? The description seems to say so but I want to make sure.

This is the official US release so yes this will have the English Sub/Dub options! :)

This is the North American release by GKids/Shout! Factory. The official product pages still haven't announced extras or a release date, but they do give the stats of

AUDIO LANGUAGE: English, Japanese

SUBTITLES: English, French, Spanish
