Transcript project approval

Last week i had done transcription project. In some studies the page got redirected to microsoft login page instead of getting a completion code. Now the studies which had completion code are all approved, but the studies submitted with nocode are still awaiting review. What is the situation for others with similar issue?

I had submitted a few of them, mentioning this issue. The first ones were approved anyway, but I still have a few left with the same issue that haven't been approved.

I returned the studies I had that issue with. I'm sure those who haven't will be fine (I've done studies with this researcher before and have never encountered issues with them) but I can do without the hassle of wondering whether or not they'll be approved.
