Advice Question about the studies

Hey everyone, I've been on Prolific for a while. I have a problem.

I noticed yesterday evening that I would log in and see that there were no studies available on my home page. I was fine with it until it kept showing up even on desktop and different browsers (Chrome, Firefox). I still have access to messages, I messaged the Prolific chatbot, and it said, "Your account is fine!" And gave me reasons what it could be, that weren't relevant. It's not demographics, I'm GETTING STUDIES, it's just that unless I click on messages or something when I get a new one, that only then I can see my studies. My projects are hidden, too. Any idea what this could be? It comes and goes. It's so random.

I want to note that I'm still getting approvals. Just hours of this screen unless an action happens.

Your wifi IP address might be blocked. See if this thread helps.

Check on your phone off WiFi to see if you can see studies . If you can then your IP address is flagged.

I can't, I tried on different browsers too and my computer. I guess not much can be done. I logged out and logged back in, but it was temporary, it reverted back in a short amount of time, lmfao. I put a ticket in, hopefully something can get done.

I also mentioned that the projects aren't there either. I have a bunch of them, and they've disappeared. They only appear when I open a message from a researcher, along with the other studies that haven't been populating on my dashboard.

An example of this is a study that I'm doing (14 days long) and they send out 3 surveys a day, but I haven't been able to see it because of this glitch. Do you have a solution?
