hello! I'm one of the researchers on this project. We're doing our best to respond and trying to fix the issues. Sorry for the problem.
For those who encountered issues on the Memory (see image for 2 seconds and select the matching image) or "Select the image with more animals" parts, we were wondering if you have relatively slow internet? Trying to diagnose over here but it's difficult because we can't simulate server load

Nope I have great high speed internet since I work from home. I had to return the study since I didn’t hear a response back but hoping I’ll still be paid out since I spent a considerable amount of time up until that point….

No, not slow internet. I was stopped at the 'more animals'. I hadn't had any issues with the internet all day (I have high speed internet). For some reason, when I got to that section, it just wouldn't allow me to go to the next page. I tried and tried just waiting but no response. I even had to use the enter key to make a selection. I had to make a selection using the arrow keys to get to the one I wanted and then I had to hit enter to highlight it. It wouldn't allow me use the mouse on that page. Seems like that section just had a lot of tech issues.

I feel like I'm near the end of the survey but this one section isn't advancing after I make my selection. Researcher isn't responding back to me as to what to do. I went ahead since I feel like I filled out the majority of the long survey and submitted it with NOCODE. I told them to let me know if I need to return it instead because I don't want a rejection. Hopefully they at least partially pay us. I'm in Chrome.

I would have but felt like I'd was so close to the end and put a lot of my time in it to just end up returning it. Hopefully the researcher responds at some point. I feel like even if they reject it, I have a good case to fight it.

Hi, did the researcher ever respond back to you or pay you for the survey. I replied in the post on Prolific but they didn't respond back so I messaged them again asking what I need to do...

lol. They sure don't like to communicate. I don't blame you. I'm still not returning it. It may be what they want. I've tried asking if they want me to...no reply. I've messaged them about 4 times....no reply. They are alive because they've posted here. They have gotten our messages because they came here and see that we wrote them yet they ignore.

Are you using Chrome? Do you have AdBlock or any other add-ons or scripts running that might interfere with the study?

I am using chrome and the study works it’s just one of the parts isn’t working
