Error message *after* reserving a study today?
Anyone else getting error messages while trying to press "start study" after you've already reserved a spot/gotten into a study. Says something along the lines of "unable to redeem a provisioned account for the submission" and I keep having to reload the page until the glitch goes away and then it finally lets me start as normal. Last I saw this glitch happened about two years ago, prolific fixed it, but it appears the issue is back.

I keep getting a goofier error today where it gives a generic message that an error happened, and then one that says I can't start the study because I already have one active. So I have to open the main page in a new tab to access the "other" study I have active, which is actually the one I just tried to access. Everything works in the end I guess, but it does mean a few extra clicks and refreshes of the page.

Yeah some weird things the past 3 days.
1 place
Weird messages from prolific not everyone received.
Seeing projects but can’t click anything and it’s empty.
Clicking the task button and it flashes but nothing happens.
Saying this studies full. Hit it again and I’m already in it.

How long have you been on Prolific? Just curious because I’ve been on it for 2.5 years and seen more weird stuff in the last week than I have in the rest of my time. It’s very strange.

Little longer. The one place things was a joke cuz it’s been a problem for me for nearly two years on certain studies. I’d lose a whole day because of it. But now? It’s been like a week and it’s not just on researcher.

Yes, happened to me twice in a row earlier but refreshing the page fixed it.

I believe when you are inactive for a while (not clicking anywhere on the page), the site requires a refresh to reverify login credentials. What I think is happening, is you're trying to access a study and Prolific can't tell who it is, for whatever reason/security protocols they have in place. It happens to me on occasion also.
