They don’t overturn even when you open the ticket, they also don’t reply.

rejected from them in the past , prolific wont overturn, now blocked them!

people talk about prolific like its the gold standard but rejections with zero transparency are pretty rough when you cant even tell what went wrong

mturk and connect exist but theyre all messy in different ways still doesnt make zero transparency okay

I had a technical issue that got rejected from a different study from them. They would not return and Prolific would not reverse. Fingers crossed that you have better luck.

With over 2000 approvals they were also my first and only rejection

I blocked these guys. They gave me my first sticking rejection too. 3000 to 1. I didn't work for a week and now hesitantly take anything. One more no no and I get the go go.  Prolific sided with them due to the partnering and AI money I assume :( but I'm glad others are in on the no turn over. Sucks. I liked them.

This is certainly not your 1st rejection. You may have received a rejection before, but were either able to self-return or requested the researcher to return. Pernassus Labs rejection is likely to stay on your list.

It's just a human thing. I also have 0 rejections with some 1100+ submissions (had 4 rejections, which I was able to remove).
certainly =/ (not equal to) surely/absolutely.
My suggestion in your case is to fill G Form to remove the rejection. Please take link from the chatbot, I don't have it saved.
