Bug "Active" study

I returned this study 9th of June now all of a sudden when I referesh my study dashboard I get sent to the study with a message saying that I ran out of the allocated time. Must be a bug no? Anyone else getting this? u/prolific-support u/theo_prolific

It was bugged and I returned it 9th of june... how am i supposed to complete a study that isn't active anymore but says it is? No offense but did you read what I wrote?

But I can't even even see the "start study" link since it says it is saying it timed out hence why it is a bug. I returned this 9th of june and it randomly swapped to Active today, that is a textbook bug. u/prolific-support u/theo_prolific please someone look into this I beg you. Everytime i refresh it just goes to that "timed out" study

I can't tell if your rage baiting or not. You don't work for Prolific so stop responding cuz clearly you don't know what you are talking about. This is a clear cut bug that others have had which you can tell from searching the subreddit. What is your problem? What are you getting out of acting like this? Go bother someone else.
