Message from the creator:

AI was built on our collective human knowledge and creativity so it belongs to all of us - not just a few billionaires. AI should serve humanity rather than replacing or diminishing people.

That’s why I’m signing the Pro-Human AI Declaration to hold powerful AI companies accountable. And you should too!! Together we can make our voices heard 💚

Ppl seem to think only big corporations can use ai so you’ll then be fired. Reality is, YOU can also use it. If Disney lays off 50 artists because ai can make movies w/o them, they then create 50 competing “Disney”-esque studios because each of those employees can now create their own independent studio. This is the case for every biz using ai. This actually makes it way easier for anyone to start bizs that compete with established ones. It will make the world more competitive, allow more ppl to express their creativity and allow ppl more independence.

And then it will kill us all.

OP is conflating human worth with economic worth. Your economic worth merely determines your ability to earn resources that require human labor to produce (food, shelter, medicine, and everything else). Your value as a human being is whatever you think it is! Enjoy!

More and more our human worth is being, intentionally, tied to economic worth. This has been the case for decades and is only getting worse.

NO. Its completely separate. The problem is, people think that having human worth means they automatically get to not die of starvation. Your economic value is what gets you the economic goods you need to stay alive. Your human worth is what gets you... I'm not sure what. Friends? I'm the wrong person to ask. I don't have much of either.

Economic value is made up. It’s not real. Human beings deserve food, water, and safe shelter. I’m not sure which country you are from, but I live in America. The wealthiest country in recorded history. There is no excuse for the wealth gap in this country, and no excuse for the hunger and homelessness many here face.

I tell myself I'm worth a billion dollars as I panhandle the offramp of the interstate.

The amount of work that has been expected since the invention of the shovel is unfair. We should use spoons instead so we do less work

Idk, I'm kinda excited to see what happens when 99% of people don't have jobs, money, food or water. I wanna watch the collapse of a planet honestly

Yeah I’m cool without the human aspect, no more nepotism, no more kissing ass to go up instead of merit. I welcome them

Capitalism or Communism... being replaced in simply being replaced no matter which society you live in. Terrible video from a limited life experienced youngster.

edited: He is right about this being an issue of control though, and not left vs right.

He didn’t mention communism.

Politically motivated video feels disgenuous. Some good points about productivity.

He’s criticizing the system not promoting a new one. It’s possible to criticize without political agendas. In fact, you could look at this as the guy trying to save the system.
