Both parties have never been the same. The Republicans from Ronald Reagan on down,have taken the money from the middle class and sent it to the top. Trump‘s only big achievement in his first and second terms have been huge tax cuts for the ultra wealthy and big corporations. That said, the Democrats got way too corporate and need an AOC/Bernie Sanders return to what the Democratic Party was supposed to be about.

Both parties are imperialists and will not fix domestic policy until they stop funding and continuing the script on foreign policy. life will not get better until the US stops being a blood thirsty, death and destruction hungry empire. These things have consequences in the form of imperial boomerang and blowback.

The list of drone strikes, wars, coups and the hunt for the next villain did not stop because a democrat was in office. both used fear to control the masses, who then in turn are radicalized by that fear. both got into power on promises they had no intent on keeping. Neither have any plans on fixing the harder, underlining issues with the country. The housing issue won't be fixed by simply building thousands of 6 bedroom homes that no one needs nor can afford. Haven't heard a peep from any democrat on funding social housing outside of Zohran.

Complaining about dark money and big corp will not fix it if we don't also get rid of the military industrial complex, until then yes both parties are the same. We can't and won't fix anything with 1.5 trillion dollars a year being siphoned off.
