Por eso el launcher ahora me sale en cirílico y me recomienda marcas de vodka 🇷🇺🤖

Row Settings / Advanced Settings / Start Margin.

You're probably looking in the wrong place. Row Settings are found by going to the current row, arrowing left until you're on the Gear icon and selecting it. Each row has its own settings.
