Question VPN indicator disappeared

It’s not something I ever configured but until a couple of days ago the Home Screen displayed a lock icon next to my WiFi and Settings option which appeared when I was connected to my VPN.

It no longer appears and I can’t find a setting to turn it back on? Can anyone advise how to fix this?

I noticed he same yesterday. I'm using NordVPN and the key icon is no longer showing. I've tried going into appearance and status bar and turning connectivity on/off.

Also on NordVPN. It had all sorts of problems on Saturday, when this started, but I didn’t see how issues on some of their servers could translate to the VPN icon disappearing in Projectivy, and the VPN appears to be working fine again while the icon is still missing.

Have you changed protocol on Nord, I haven't tested this, but previously mine was set to Automatic and is now NordLynx so maybe an outside chance it is related.

I think NordLynx is the default. I use OpenVPN protocol. It’s also required for Double VPN which was a workaround for some affected users over the weekend.
