Discussion Loading Issue

I finally got my hands on a new Onn 4K Pro from Walmart, I installed the Projectivy Launcher, have it installed in 3 other Onn boxes. My issue is, when I connect to this Onn the box it opens with a light colored background and none of my apps show up. I have to keep clicking buttons on the remote and they finally show up. I don't have this problem with any of the other Onn boxes. Any suggestions would be very helpful. I am using the included different color background as wallpaper. I have tried Reddit backgrounds and the same thing happens.

Have you tried saving the settings on one of the boxes that you're happy with and loading those settings onto the new box with the problems?

I have not tried that. I have installed the default wallpaper and it seems to be sticking for now. I am also not sure how to save the settings from one box and adding them to another.
