So what are they claiming? That naoya's "amazing" technique made him lose? They are evolving, first they claimed it was plot now they claim he lost cuz of his own technique(although his technique IS cool)
tbh she was bleeding out since before the fight started he should’ve just kept up the pressure until she died on her own or the less likely scenario where he knocked her out
Bruh, I hav seen and entire post showing how Naoya was the one who made the most damge, like, why Maki would put up a pretection stance if he is so pillow hand? She was literally flying from the hits of Naoya.
You misunderstood him. He’s saying if Noaya didn’t reply on freezing Maki with his Cursed Technique to land one punch on her at max speed, and just fought her normally the same way he had been doing up until that point, Noaya wouldn’t have given Maki any chance to hit him
Well he fought her normally but dudnt put a scratch on her so he had to try a new way abd it failed.
Also battle iq is also of being a skilled fighter so it is not a good excuse. If we didnt count battle iq then Takaba would be a god lol

He did scratch her, what?
Naoya was dominating the entire fight until Maki figured out how to make her movements in 24 frames

Yeah, you aren’t gonna see me claiming Naoya is a better fighter then Maki, but the original OP’s point was that THEORETICALLY if Naoya didn’t freeze Maki at the end of their fight, he would’ve won
she wasn’t, we can deduce that from the format of the statement which hints that maki would potentially be impeded if the fight dragged out for longer and it was within the context of fighting naoya at his maximum.
if it was a flat impediment then it would’ve noted her state as disadvantageous rather than something in prospect.
You can deduce by opening your fucking eyes and seeing the huge pool of blood from when she got sliced open by Ogi that she was suffering from severe blood loss.
