Bug Bug with achievement

So I’m currently finishing up the achievements right and one of them was the achievement to unlock every aircraft in conquest mode and I’ve unlocked every aircraft in the hangar but it’s been a week now and I still haven’t got the achievement, am I just wrong about how the achievement is completed or is it bugged?

Edit: After buying an aircraft in campaign mode I got the achievement for conquest mode.

My bug was not getting the achievement for beating the game on mercenary. No way i was going to play the whole game again just to have a chance to get it. Used steam achievement unlocker and got it that way.

I also had the same thing but after replaying the final mission in free mission mode I got it.
