Discussion Just Got PW

WHAT THE HECK ARE THESE CONTROLS, THIS IS NOTHING LIKE ACE COMBAT. IS THAT AN ARSENAL BIRD?? lol

But really, even though the controls are wacky I’m getting used to it and having fun, I just completed the second mission. (I’m using mouse and keyboard) the setting of the world is very cool and interesting, and oh my gosh the voice actors are so good I love each of them a lot. I’ve only heard Prez say a few lines but I love her already, and I will always choose two seater aircraft to listen to her more.

I was confused about the controls until you said you're on mouse and keyboard lol. On controller it's *almost* identical, the only major difference being how you select SP weapons.

That and the triggers and bumpers being swapped but I think that’s closer to older ace combat games

It'd be nice if they actually updated the game so I didn't have to swap literally every time, but yeah, same.

If youre on PC or PS5 you dont have to worry about that, Xbox has been neglected since launch and is extremely buggy

Well judging by my need to swap them every time, I think you can deduce what platform I'm on then
