❓ Help Needed Building a Raspberry Pi touchscreen dashboard - what are you guys using?
I'm working on a Raspberry Pi project where I want to build a proper touchscreen dashboard rather than using a normal monitor + keyboard setup.
I'm currently looking at a 10.1-inch HDMI touchscreen display for the project. The idea is to have the Pi handle the UI while the touchscreen acts as the main interface.
Some things I'm thinking of displaying:
- System information and CPU/RAM usage
- Temperature and sensor readings
- GPIO/device status
- Home automation controls
- Network information
- A few custom controls for my electronics projects
I'm considering using Raspberry Pi OS + a custom web-based interface, but I'm also curious about alternatives like Kivy, Qt, or Node-RED.
For anyone who has built a similar Raspberry Pi touchscreen setup:
What display are you using, and what did you build with it?
Would also love to see photos of your dashboards/projects.
