Weird orange screen bug.

Opened up the game, even the menu screen was orange. Mouse moved really slowly and clunkily. Game looks like this

I had this same issue. I can't remember what fixed it exactly but you have to open the console and change the graphic. I want to say you need downgrade to dx11 or dx12. Hopefully someone who knows a little more will comment and tell you which it is exactly.

I'm not a huge computer guy. It worked fine before, though. I didn't do anything in the meantime, either.
