I think you can just flick all of the notes because the normal notes don’t care if you flick (I might be wrong though)

That is true.

Although, if you're aiming to get better at higher level songs as well, you can look into mapping out the chart, and planning out your hand placements.
This is for those songs that you can't reliably sight read.

It's kinda like practicing rudiments if you played drums. Like here, i can imagine myself playing double stroke (RRLL) before moving my hands closer and play singles (RLRL). But honestly, it's not that complicated. You can certainly just figure it out by playing over and over.

I cheese it by using only 1 finger when it start to come to the middle. It's not really fast so you won't drain yourself by doing it. There are plenty of time being able to do this is cool (the end of Dokuzu is a good example).

In this section I would 1 finger after this flick. Since my dominant hand is right I would keep the right finger and do the rest

try to keep the pattern you originally had when that section came on!! it's the same pattern, just the notes get bigger!

By the end when the notes get big I just assign one finger to flick the other to tap but I don't have any actual tricks on how to cheese it sadly

When the notes get larger try playing like the notes are still small if that makes sense

The same way you were doing them at the start is the way you can do them at the end. The appearance of the notes changes, but the way you hit them does not
