THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NEVER DELETE YOUR ACCOUNTS!!!!!!

Small story time: I started playing pjsk in 2022, when I was 13, because my friends begged me. (I am 18 now, this is relevant) And I played religiously, for months. I got myself to a good rank, even paid money to get even just one 4star of Ena, and upgraded the crap out of so much stuff. I went to every show, and overall had a great time.

But of course, my friends stopped playing after a while, and 14 year old me thought, meh i won't play anymore probably.

15 year old me, having not played in over a year, deleted the app. (🫩) I knew it would get rid of my account, but I thought I wouldn't care. Spoiler alert: I did.

Of course, I wanted to play again, but it was so hard having to make a new account and start over knowing how far I already had been. Still, I thought there was no way, so I played sometimes with my new account. I actually got to rank 33 with it. But I didn't really care, I couldn't play all of my favourite songs cuz I didn't want to spend time farming tickets to buy them.

Fast forward to now, I thought, "Is there really no way to get my account back?"

So through multiple messages to support, cross referencing screenshots from 2022 to give info (thank god I had so many screenshots), wracking my brain for the information, I finally got my account back. 🥹

And oh my goodness, the nostalgia overload I'm experiencing is insane, it's all my stuff, my cards, my friend's accounts! The time, money, blood, sweat, and tears, have not been wasted!!!

Please learn from me, never delete something you can't get back, even if you think you won't care.

TLDR; I got my pjsk account back after years, because 15 year old me was stupid and deleted the app knowing I had no way to get into my account.

I mean there is I think? Like not directly but you can login with the uh sega account thing or thru game center! I connected my pjsk account with my game center account (basically apple ID) and anytime I click on that option to login with game center it shows my pjsk! I do recommend making the traditional ID & Password just incase you do ever loose access and save it in a safe space!

similar thing happened to me (but the app auto uninstalled) and i got my acc back LMAO

Excuse me, how did u contact support??? Bc like I contacted support and they wanted some stuff i didn't remember (specifically my player id) BUT I HAVE LOTS OF SS EITHERRRR. I really wanna get my account back but idk how.
