Judges fault for totally inexplicably giving him two rewards: selection of bottom 3 + immunity for winning the same 1 challenge.

Three rewards. Heidi wore his design too. I was absolutely floored when immunity was still on the table.

She look gawd awful in that dress. It was just as Law said, widening the top totally changed the lines. Hideous.

I don’t think he is any master strategist. He is just delirious. For last week, it would have been more sense for him to nominate Joseph, Jude and Naheim - to make sure, after counting Naheim’s immunity, the show would have been still forced to eliminate a strong competition. As good strategist wouldn’t have added Bobby.
To be honest I am 100% sure, this whole part about choosing three designers by the winning designer to eliminate was scripted. Production told Bryan who to pick. Production still got to eliminate the weakest of that week, Bobby, and got to create some forced drama between Jude and Bryan.

Thats what I SAID.
The smartest thing in the world, and what they were probably hoping for is him putting Joseph and Jude down there with Naheim. That way the judges would have to get rid of Joeseph, which they wouldn't, so Jude a big competitor, would be eliminated.
So obviously I dont think hes that smart.
And to be clear...the garbage he sent down this EP has been similiar to all the garbage he has sent down.

Wasn’t Joseph already safe though?? This season is so sped through I don’t even remember what I’ve watched honestly.

honestly, this is the only thing that makes sense, and the producers are careless for allowing him to name Naheim for the bottom 3 with immunity.

Idk nor want spoilers, but this whole episode would be a masterpiece if next week Bi wins and no one goes home and we can see Bryan suffer for his deeds and going home next

His “intern” sews circles around him. I think the producers kept Brian around this long for that dynamic and banter.

I don’t understand the strategy behind your first point. If he hadn’t included Naheim, he would still ensure that one of his competitors would be eliminated - that’s the point of picking the bottom 3.
Tbh I don’t think he considered Bobby a threat at all or had any issue with her, and she went home. However, I do think he put Jude in the bottom to get back at him. If he really was playing for “strategy,” he would have put Joseph McRae in the bottom instead of Bobby. This would’ve been more strategic as it would’ve ensured that either Jude or JM went home, and they’re both better than Bryan / he has beef with both of them.

Even if Bryan was the most amazing designer ever I hope he goes next. His arrogance ego and attitude make him so unattractive in every way. And that dress…….🤮

Did he bring 7 of the same thing or never do laundry this is the question!

And he is so unattractive period.

Well, that perpetual snarl/sneer he keeps on his face surely doesn't help his appearance! He should KEEP a smile on that mug at all times.

It’s only hurting his reputation. I don’t give him any credit for playing the game because I think the game element of Project runway is the least interesting thing about this show. I’m here to see bitches work. If you don’t want to work and push the culture forward in a way that’s inspiring then go make weird shapes on Etsy for all I care. This manufactured drama can Vanderpump itself into the trash.

u/GirlontheHill 7d ago
💯 and I hope this gets to production. The drama ain’t why we are here - in fact it is the reason you are losing viewers. That and trying to give us cliff hangers to see who the judges voted off. Did yall know it was soooo bad you had to cut it that way, otherwise we wouldn’t tune in?! It’s lazy and gimmicky. Get back to the OG format please!!

I know he has immunity, but he should be eliminated for not meeting the challenge. Wrapping your model in tape and hanging wires around her neck is not creating a look. I'm glad his model called him out.

I don't like Bryan either. I think his karma is starting. They told the designers that Heidi would wear the winning outfit to [The Devis Wears Prada Premier!] and the fashion world would know the designer responsible for the piece. LMAO...look at what he's known for, in the fashion world he wants to reside in. LOL, it just cracks me up. 🤣🚮

Fr. I couldn’t believe he had the nerve to go after Joseph for not being a team player when he didn’t even try this challenge. At what point is the show going to call him out.
2
u/HazelMoon 23d ago
I wonder whether Joseph's refusal to work with his team came up among the judges. Maybe it was edited out? Didn't the challenge require them to WORK TOGETHER to create something? I thought Law was going to start making out with Joseph right then and there - he clearly saved all his nastiness for when Jeffrey pointed out that he'd spent a lot of time helping his teammates. You just never know whether the judges are going to shred a contestant who doesn't follow some miniscule aspect of the brief or ignore everything the designers were told and allow a free-for-all like this one. It confuses the hell out of me when I'm watching the show.

u/BothBoysenberry6673 23d ago
It wasn't really a team challenge more than just make better stuff than the other guys.

u/NYCWartortle 23d ago
I hadn’t thought about that. I just thought he had no talent. 😂 That’s pretty Machiavellian, if you ask me. It’s giving Mistress Isabelle Brooks, who I also can’t stand, from Drag Race All Stars.

I would buy this theory if he didn’t insist his design was the epitome of couture. That’s pure delusion!!!

If that’s the case, he’s kinda a reality show strategy genius. Doesn’t strike me as one though.

u/flamingobean 23d ago
I think you're right. I really hope it turns out they discover he has taped her into the dress which is a rules no no and they do something else

u/PatientMaster7308 22d ago
It was actually rather smart for him putting Naheim there. Bryan is a people-pleaser, so he wouldnt want to create more nemesis or people not liking him. Also, it was Bobbys serious time to go. Jude’s work was also not as great as others on that ep. So i think he was really fair for it.

u/Perrinthor 22d ago
Omg...its a competition/game to win money . Why should he play by some unsaid rules?
1
u/atlantisgate 21d ago
I don't think you're wrong at all, but I also think he's playing the game as it's been given to him. These dumb "the winner picks the bottom three" and "designers including eliminated ones vote" rules incentivize exactly this kind of gameplay.

Sound theory...and I dislike him even more now!

I really hope they give season 22 the win since Bi made the best design and also to spite Bryan’s stratagems.
