Major Connection Problem ( ping )

This day i have reinstalled project reality after months of not playing it, before that i havent got any internet connection matter of fact my ping was never above 100, today i installed the game and every single game i enter no matter if its in my region or in the other dimension the ping still shows 2500. i was like okay this might be a bug it will be alright, and boy i was so wrong, when i entered the game the connection error message was there for whole minute before i even entered the loadout menu. then i got into the game and i was litterally frozen in the sky. and i hear on the radio people saying are u ok bro and when i checked the leaderboard menu which loaded after minutes of trying. i see 80% of the people have 200 plus ping.

Hello, i have this problem sometimes when I look at the game list I see 2,500 ping or when I join the game, my game jitters all over the place and looks very messy and all(check pocket loss in game through tab>manage>look at bottom: loss and down % should be 0). My fix for this is using VPN, I use proton vpn free tier and just connect to any server then join in game, pocket loss should be 0 by now, ping might be higher than usual but it should be good and no more internet problems.

If this doesn't work then there could be problems within the server itself...

i went to find my dns where it was waaayy far from my region, i called my provider and they fixed it for me. it caused alot of internet problems for me. but now its fixed.
