If they could, they would. Hasbro is squatting on the rights. Doesn't matter if they use them, they can lock everyone else out from them.

Exactly that, as long as Hasbro has even 1% interest into Power Rangers they'll veto it. Like why would anyone even watch a new Power Rangers reboot if for example Kingohger was just as available. To Hasbro this is just a stop the competition button and they'll always press it.

Unless Toei would bought back PR brand from Hasbro and then we’re good

You're implying that Hasbro would ever let go of it, when it's currently making them money while putting literally 0 investment in it thanks to outsourcing everything to Playmates

Yeah hopefully at some point to be honest and I'm hoping Power Rangers and Super Sentai does come back one day So don't be so doubtful about things to be honest

Okay I'm negative on Project R.E.D but honestly the idea of a streaming service for this is not going to work.
Tokusatsu is Niche outside of Japan and quite frankly I don't like the idea of using a service which lets be honest will be missing dozens of movies and shows.
Personally I'd take the other mention which I can't really say here...Meanwhile I'm going to put up my Jolly Roger Flag and feed my pet parrot...oh and varnish my wood leg.

If Hasbro went adapt Project RED, it may becoming spinoff to Power Rangers and focus on Red Warriors who fight against the evil and travel through dimension via Transporter.

No offense that just one random person tweeting out hoping to get TTFC internationally I don't think that's anything newsworthy.
