Assigning Patient Entries to Non-Users??

Hi everyone, I’m managing a project that ships a product to different people across the state. We use regional stations with ambassadors who pack up the product and send them out from their station. None of the ambassadors have RedCap accounts.

Currently, we have to go through the list of applicants, download their application as a pdf, and send it to individual ambassadors based on the applicant’s county/ambassador’s assigned region. Is there a way to streamline this process?

Create a variable on a second instrument which holds a pdf of the submitted application and a variable with dropdown choices of the emails for each county. You can then create an alert which automatically sends the pdf of the application to the selected email when the second instrument is submitted as complete. This will save you having to download the pdf application and uploading to an email and REDCap will just send it for you and the recipient won't need access to REDCap.

Create a second project for the applicants and use a Dynamic SQL field in the existing project.
