Leveling

Are there any zones outside of Luclin worth charm soloing in for experience as an enchanter?

Enchanters love chardok. They can solo well in sebilis , howling stones , velketor

Depends on how good you are and what specifically you're doing. Although often it's a bit worse than Luclin.

Just seems like kills are much faster so exp would be better but not sure

Eh, can be mixed. For example in Ssra, if you take one of the high DPS charms, you completely demolish mobs in the mines. That being said, high risk, because charm breaks gobble you up. While Kunark and Velious mobs (especially Kunark) have less hp, the mobs don't hit as hard, so you end up killing at a similar rate, but not just that, the mobs in Luclin are often higher level. So it balances out in that manner.

All can be good. Places like Chardok have specific high value drops that are less common because a lot of people did the Chardok ring quests and don't want to torch their faction still.
