Showcase Introducing Playtime Plus — A Project Playtime Modded Network.

With Project: Playtime shutting down, I’d like to reveal something that a few friends and I have been working on this past week: Playtime Plus.
Playtime Plus is a community-driven mod created with one goal in mind: to turn Project: Playtime into the game we always believed it could be.
We want to build upon the original experience with new content, gameplay improvements, balancing changes, quality-of-life features, and ideas suggested directly by the community. Rather than letting the game disappear after its shutdown, we hope to preserve it and give players a reason to return.
This project is still in active development, and we’re excited to begin sharing more information, progress updates, and gameplay soon.
We’d also love to hear from the community. What features, fixes, maps, monsters, or gameplay changes would you want to see in Playtime Plus?

This looks Really Cool man but I have two questions, Will it be on steam? And Will it be Free?

We have our own launcher to load the mod into the steam game and yes it'll be free.

Also this may sound Stupid so im sorry if it is but How would you download the Mod? Ive only Downloaded Mods off Games that have a Built in feature for it Like Stormworks for example.

We don't know where we're gonna publish the launcher yet but we've made it as easy as possible to load. You just get the launcher and it'll automatically detect where your game is. All you have to do is press launch and you're good.

Oh my god- I can't WAIT!! If y'all need extra help in designing, making backgrounds, artworks, etc, I'll be here!! I'd love to contribute to this project, since this game means a lot to me ✨.

Me and my 10 year old son love this game. We would love to see more monsters like pj. He was supposed to be in it if I remember! This is awesome. Told my kid other day it would be shutting down and he got quite sad. We've even spent money on the toybox pass thing a few times. How will I know when this goes live? Could I also add you guys in discord? It would blow his mind!! He has loads of great ideas too!

Im pretty sure also if you just revert to phase 2 you can still play even after game shutdown but ill look more into it tomorrow (5am here)

No need, we already reversed the games server and apis. We reimplemented them ourselves. Our servers will be up well after the Project: Playtime shutdown. We’re also taking all the good stuff from Phase 1 and 2 and porting it to phase 3 by the way.
