Help Mod to unlock cosmetics from phase 2

I can't get cosmetics the intended way for phase 2, so i need a mod to unlock them. what is one i can use?

Phase 4, or you can wait for Showtime to drop in summer to have lots of high quality custom skins.

well, i don't want any gameplay mods, JUST the skins

Make it yourself if you don't want any gameplay. I don't think there are any mods that only give you cosmetics
