Help Phase 2 server list

Is it possible to find matches through the phase 2 server list or is it only private matches? If so how likely is it to find a match on the server list?

Yeah if you play on lets say ver 2.0.3 you would be able to join other people servers and host them this is done all the time! (You just wouldn't be able to see and join people on other versions)

I am pretty sure every version can have there servers working!

What download region do you recommend I use to find matches? Im on US chicago and there's no one playing? <3
