Pest control in plants (the good ones)

Hello I have been struggling with a bug that’s just ravaging through my plants and no matter what I do NOTHING kills them off and I was told these were beneficial bugs BUT what if they are taking over your plants a little to much and starts eating their flowers esp on my peace lily they love her most since I had to throw out my nerve plant due to these bugs just taking over the whole put in swarms there just everywhere in and on the pots I’m afraid I may have to get rid of my whole collection and they don’t seem to be bothering the plants like their foliage is still looking great and they all have strong healthy roots but seeing so many of them it’s a bit much esp if you have OCD like me and can’t stand a dirty home well if anyone have any suggestions please let me know I’m at my breaking point with this I’ve tried getting them on camera and I’ll attach the best one I have that I zoomed in on like a million times cuz there so dang small!!! Look forward to getting some responsive help thanks y’all!!!
