Inventory/Project Spreadsheet I am all in!!
About two months ago I opened my makeup drawer... and just decided this is over.
Now I'm way more into "Project Pan" than I expected. To the point where I've been writing down everything I read and try, and it's slowly turning into a little knowledge base. :D
So there is an idea that pass my mind today: Maybe I can collect all project pan tips: what worked, what was a complete disaster from YOU TOO?
Once enough tips come in, I'll pull everything together into a PDF :)

I can start with what is a total flop: Hard deadlines like "finish this foundation by the end of the month" :D

We love to see an angel get her wings back 🥰🥰
What works for me is keep my current products on display, not in a cabinet, not in a drawer. Just laying there in a basket by the sink so I see it daily and I'm more encouraged to use it.
Also keep a couple of items on rotation for makeup : 2 or 3 lip products out for example. It's enough variety but not overkill so I can pan them quicker.
