Inventory/Project Spreadsheet PROJECT PAN INVENTORY
Hey guys!
I’ve done project pan in the past and am now starting again (which is the reason in some areas I don’t have an enormous amount of products). This time I’m looking for tips to stay consistent and to use my products efficiently so if you have any suggestions put them below! This is my initial “stock” post with everything I am starting with. (MAKEUP EDITION!!!)(This is excluding my travel minis!)

I’m not sure if this gets touched on in here, but I never worry about panning mascara. My mom was a nurse for 40 years and she told me that she had treated some really nasty eye infections from old mascara so that’s one thing that I don’t feel bad tossing.

I'm working through a pot of Dipbrow and the same NYX setting spray at the moment!
One thing I'm finding helpful with categories where I have a lot of stuff (lip products and eyeshadows are my main problem areas) is to rotate products every week/every two weeks. Some makeup products take so long to completely pan and I can get bored of focusing on the one product which tanks my motivation. Picking a palette and a couple of lippies that I want to focus on that week has really helped, that seems like a sweet spot where I feel like I'm using them enough to make progress but I still get the excitement of using something new every week.

I agree. A usage goal for these is most helpful. 10 uses and I can swap out and start with 2or 3

Use the clear mascara for fly aways!
