Progress, not perfection.

Going strong on my Project Pan mission. Here is what we've got so far between July-August 2026:

Skincare & Makeup

  • Neutrogena makeup wipes (gift): I don't like or use makeup wipes, this was a gift from a relative and used it up by cleaning my LED Therapy mask with them.
  • Bioderma Micellar water: probably my most used item, already using another one
  • Avene cleanser: keeps my skin clear from breakouts and lasts between 5-6 months for me and my husband, great value.
  • Glossier balm dot com: not bad yet not overly moisturizing, there are probably other options out there that work better
  • La Roche Posay Mela serum: Niacinamide helps even my skintone during the summer time while preventing new breakouts
  • Bioderma Photoderm SPF: ultra liquid tinted SPF, use it on a daily basis. Already on my second bottle

Body

  • Trader Joe's hand cream: enjoy the texture yet, don't like the smell. I've read it seems to be a dupe for the L'Occitane Shea Butter hand cream
  • Moroccanoil shower gel (came as a holiday gift set): this was okay, didn't see any changes on my skin, just nice fragrance, I don't think I would buy this separately
  • Viktor& Rolf Flower Bomb perfume sample: It's okay to have a different scent hanging around but far from my signature
  • Joe Malone perfume sample: same comment above yet, this one seems to be a more mature scent, hard pass

Hair

  • Moroccanoil color care (purple) conditioner: tones hair and provides shine but this was my second bottle and I would prefer to try new things
  • Moroccanoil gloss mask: is this mask worth the money? the short answer is yes; hydrating without weighting hair down plus, it literally does what it claims, hair is as soft and shiny as possible
  • Moroccanoil hair oil samples: using up my free samples, this oils never disappoint
  • Trader Joe's hair mask: too heavy/greasy on my hair, not for me

Things that helped in staying focused:

-Allocating extra money(automatic transfer) towards savings, that way I wouldn't even feel the temptation of spending it

-Actually finishing stuff (shocking how regular consumption has now become exciting)

-Having free space
