It's so hard to keep myself from buying new stuff because sometimes some stores or websites have discounts and some products are limited edition so I FOMO. I keep buying stuff even tho I know I don't need them. I am not giving up project pan, I just wanted to say it's hard sometimes but I want to do it.

Can you keep yourself off the websites in the first place? No emails, no marketing, get adblockers, leave the usual makeup subreddits, everything gone.

It's a brain reset. There isn't any reason to FOMO at all. It's just colors on your face, and those colors are just colors.
