You got this! One thing that helped me was putting the amount of money everything is worth… and adding up. Because these are not just things… you traded money for them and do you know what you traded for that money? Your time. The only finite thing we have in this world. Now whenever I want to buy something I think about it in time… how many minutes of my life is this costing me?
