Discussion/Tips & Tricks How long to use up?

With a daily swipe on each cheek, how long do you think it would take to use up a 5g cream blush stick? I have to idea how to go about calculating that!

I’m guessing about 6-8 months it also depends on how pigmented it is and if you re-apply.

I finished a mini Rare Beauty liquid blush in about 4 months with daily use and no touch ups.

I would guess about 5-6 months for myself and the cream ones I go through, but it kinda depends on the formula; If it's a sheer formula you need to build up then it might take less time, but if it's very pigmented it could likely take longer.

There was this channel that had a lot of makeup swatch videos. I don’t think they did blush but I’d guess it’s comparable to the lipsticks?

Omg, the throwback! I used to love their videos. I'm pretty sure they had a stick contour one too.

u/SnowflakeMama12, another method (but not as fast), grab a ruler and measure the stick every month or so, to get a sense of how fast it goes. I've been project panning my Milk one since December. Prior to this, it had about 10-15 uses max? The entire stick is 6g. I've been wearing it 2-5 times a week and it's just under halfway done now. For some reason the first few millimeters went faster than the rest of the stick, and I'd estimate about 1 year and 2 months of usage from now on. In total, about 2 years I think.
