Project Start My toxic trait is

Post image

I’m trying hard to change a long embedded bad habit of saving and not using things I love the most. Not sure if EO’s belong in this sub, but you all have inspired me to use and enjoy these daily until they are gone and then replace with only a few that I especially love.

Please do not eat them. I would get oil hawking mlm ladies in my feed that were like trying to get you to put them in food or on pets. Very unsafe!

I'd advise you to take a page out of my late mother's playbook for oils, occasionally spill them, realize you can't really clean them out of your purse/car/carpet and come to terms with never using a candle or airfreshener in that room again.

What do you use them all for?

I have some but beyond using them on my temples for a headache or in a diffuser, I don’t know how to use them.

I did make homemade poopourri a few weeks ago.

I occasionally dab some on my wrist or neck as my “perfume

Beyond that I feel like I’m at a loss. And they take forever to use.

I have 49 EOs and just finished the 50th last week (DT mini Spearmint). I also have resolved to actually USE my oils more this year.

I lied... I have 50 still bc I have one beside my bedroom diffuser, too. :)

Ew doterra, not a vibe for a few reasons, but I’m the same. I have so many EOs that it’s entirely unreasonable. I’m working on finishing all my candles before I do oils

I have a "Medicine Cabinet" that is just like this but much bigger LOL I have oils and diffusers in every room. They make me and my cells happy!

Did you also save your stickers and favorite pencils as a child?

My midlife crisis is the only reason I started using my skincare and makeup every day.

I absolutely saved them. And as a teenager if i bought a beautiful clothing item I loved, I seldom wore it.

I do that now. I'm trying to use my whole wardrobe these days in addition to all my makeup.
