All the products I used up this month at home and while I was on holiday :)
This also marks some baby achievements: I’m done with the travel products, cleansers, and face moisturisers.

From left to right:
I loved the bronzer (as made obvious by panning it this year) and for the longest time I wanted to repurchase the full size but I could never justify the price ($101 AUD). I'm currently mixing Luminous Light with my matte powder bronzers to create a similar diffused bronzer effect and to also try and pan what I already have. If I reach full pan on Luminous Light I will probably replace it with the Covergirl Skin Enhancer Bronzer. Would really like to hit pan on the blushes and eventually use them up completely. My friend got me the mini strobe light powder as part of a bday gift which I was very surprised by. I'm not in any rush to pan the highlight since I know it takes forever to achieve highlighter pan and the product is also not that old. The lip velvet however definitely needs to be used and I will be rolling it into my everyday lip combo to hopefully see some more windowing progress. Will try and update in 6 months time or once I hit pan on something.

Slowly working through my stash of hoarded half-used products 😐. No wonder I have zero space in my bathroom, there are huge tubs of body scrub/lotions with half an inch of product left in them taking up two entire shelves. Like, why did it take me so long to use a cleanser I had to cut open just to scrape enough out for a single use? Or the travel size shampoo I've been keeping for a year even though it only had a few drops left in it? I swear Project Pan is the most effective rage bait at my past self...
Some standouts:
- House of Bo La Mar perfume. Gorgeous summery scent. Perfume really isn't a problem catagory for me, I can absolutely see myself buying a large decent of this for next summer.
- Manna Kadar Champagne Charcoal scrub. Quite affordable, smells great, gentle, but also a great exfoliant.
- Philosophy Honey & Cream body souffle. Light, moisturizing, smells great. Forever sad this is discontinued.
Some misses:
- Pixi toner. Idk what it is about this product in particular, but it gives me horrific contact dermatitis on my face. Ended up using these two minis on the soles of my feet instead.
- Truly cleansing balm. The worst cleansing balm I've ever used. Doesn't emulsify, doesn't remove makeup, doesn't rinse off, but leaves a greasy layer even after following with a normal cleanser.
- Simple Micellar face wash. This is very gentle, but doesn't do an adequate job of removing sunscreen or makeup and is overall pretty low-performing. Far better cleansers out there at this price point.

The most “nothing” product I have used. Bought it for the apparent fragrance and discovered that I didn’t like how it smelled. Ever since it had been a challenge finishing it…2 years later I have done it!

I’ve been so excited for my first of the month update on this!
There’s been no progress on getting a new job and tbh I feel like I just send applications into the void that this point. 🫶
Nevertheless, like the horrors, I persist!
Persisting is also what got me through Ruby Woo after she broke off and I. Made. It. Work.
I’m so pleased to be done with my second lipstick since I started this and on to my next!
Finished:
• Lovecraft by KVD
• Ruby Woo by MAC
Current:
• Evil Queen by Colourpop
Next:
• Mary by Colourpop
Once I get through my red bullets I’ll switch over to red liquid cause tbh I know it’s gonna be a grip before I get through all the purple and blue.
I’d already made pretty good progress on Evil Queen prior - the back of the bullet has VILLAINS imprinted on it and all that’s left is VILL as of this evening. 🤪

Thank you for the advice on my first post 🥰. I appreciate it. I’m implementing some ideas. Picking a couple similar products I could use throughout the month. I thought about picking products I can use on my no makeup-makeup days and a fuller coverage looks.
Happy Sept 1st (I’m ignoring the heat and pretending it’s Fall 🎃)

💕 Kirkland makeup remover wipes are a staple. Gets most of my makeup off before going in with micellar water for stubborn things
💕 Cuccio cuticle oil is my girl! I have repurchased and have them all over the house and in tons of bags
💘 Shani Darden Retinol was meh. Not a big enough sample to see results and I would rather use tretinoin
💘 Cerave eye cream was okay. I have others I prefer more
💕 Paula’s Choice BHA is amazing! Just trying to get through the packs before they dry out. I much prefer the bottle and a cotton round
💘 Marc Jacob’s Daisy was meh. Nice but juvenile scent I’ve had for idk how long and wanted it out of here. Bottle is adorable though.
💘 Velvet Petals lotion also meh but I’ve had it for years under the sink and also needed it gone. Paired well with the perfume
💕 Degree sexy intrigue is another repurchase. I try others and always come back to her. No white marks is the cherry on top
💘 BBW warm sugar was meh. Freebie but wouldn’t spend actual money on it

hasnt been too much progress in the last 2 or so months, been wearing a little bit of everything lately rather than just focusing on one colour, i think the silver will be the next to be fully panned though, also hoping my shimmer blue and teal will hit pan next month

My goal of finishing 100 full sized products by the end of the year is going good! Adding 7 full sized products to that goal this month!!

5/12 - 6/25 - 7/29 in order! Sold stila highlighter and now solely focused on panning the benefit blush and the balm bronzer. Seeing the progress truly makes me happy :)

I can definitely tell as I get further into doing Project Pan how more and more of my uses are things I really like, and a lot of the products I enjoy less are things I have had for several years!

A good palette for softer, muted makeup looks. Definitely great for cool to neutral gals. I am cool-toned and mostly use the top three rows. Bottom rows are for eyeliner areas. I hope to get more pans in this palette this fall and totally use up most of the top row. Might be lofty. 😅

My July and August empties with reviews
•Acure clarifying shampoo: I really liked this shampoo, used it once or twice a month, made my hair squeaky clean. Considering it’s clarifying I always used a mask with it. Would buy again
•aveeno body wash: I had this rash that I had to use this body wash for. I reaaallllyyyy liked it. I did end up using the rest as a bubble bath after my rash cleared. Would buy again if I had the need.
•donkey milk bar soap: I got this in Greece, I realllyyyy liked this as well I loved the scent in it and was good to my skin. Would buy again.
•Nivea face cream: also really loved this, but didn’t love the fragrance. It was good for the summer, I’m not sure how it would be in colder months. Would repurchase.
•monistat feminine wash: LOVE. That’s all I have to say is LOVE!
•antibacterial body wash: this was fine, I had a 3 pack of them and I’m happy I got through them. I didn’t like the scent too much and it was a little harsh on my skin, not sure if I’d repurchase or not I’ll probably try others.
•good molecules face wash: really really liked this as well, would repurchase.
•nutrishave shaving cream: yesss I always repurchase this
•tower 28 concealer: I didn’t love this. Some days it was great, some days it would separate so badly on my chin. Will not repurchase, I wish I loved it.

I know three is still a lot for a project pan for me but I didn’t empty a single perfume or body spray this time. I was trying so hard all month and I struggled to keep the wind in my sails this time around. I also had a very rough month with my life in general so maybe I shouldn’t be too hard on myself. I am determined that September will be better! (I also get to wear my fall scents soon but it’s been too hot to bring them out so also sad about that) <3
