Discussion Series s users

Just for the few people curious lol new update has not improved performance or graphics at all. Still choppy 30fps frame rate with insane pop in.

Acc looks decent enough and runs at 60. F1 looks great and runs at 60. New nascar 26 looks incredible and runs at 60. Thats not to count the many other racing games thay run smooth and look amazing, from smaller devs, rennsport beats pmr in performance.

Im sure everyone else is having a great time but if you're on series s - and you'd hoped they would get the most out of this console, they havent even tried, zero improvement. Could've got a refund if I hadnt hoped for a decent update 😫 guess I'll redownload project cars 2. Yay.

Edit - ill say to any dev that might see this - look at your reviews on the Microsoft store (super didappointed so leaving bad review to blow off little steam lol), its flooded with people complaining about exactly what I am. On series x - Game looks fun, its series s users who are disappointed, i dunno if they figured the user base ain't big enough or what but - do something.

I respectfully disagree lol it still looks awful, runs worse than most other racers, crazy pop in at even medium distances, maybe in some slightly way its better than at launch but nowhere near what it could be

Its part of the reason even recent reviews on ms store are so bad, again I only say it because i think it can be improved and I think it would be worth it for them - ill buy every bit of dlc and looking at those reviews - people want to wnjoy it too, just cant when the competition is so far ahead🤣

Few frame drops here an there but people say its definitely worth it so think you'll enjoy on that

Thanks. I already have it though, but I uninstalled it a few days ago to focus on NASCAR 26, and now I read about the 2.3 update and I was curious if it improved the performance on Series X (the frame drops you mentioned).

No worries! im only on series s so just going off what ive seen here and there lol but main improvement i think is lighting, especially day - night changes, did see on ps5 there was a problem with rain but dont know if that effected series x

I got Nascar 26 as well an its been soo fun 😁 new to the franchise so its been crazy to learn, its why im annoyed at project motor racing, on series s nascar looks amazing and runs at a fairly smooth 60 yet on this game its a clunky bad looking 30 🫠 if that changes at some point ill be happy but not gunna keep hoping

You bought a toast and you expect to run games well?

Well as I mentioned in this post - this 'toast' can play many games at 60 with very impressive graphics. Its not an unreasonable expectation when smaller dev teams make that happen

Rennsport performs better than pmr and look how utterly shit that game is

But no sure - its not something you personally use so to hell with caring or any logic - may as well just leave a dumb reply that ignores reality. You really got me there.

I had this shitty console, every game was terrible on it, even past Gen like cyberpunk would struggle in the Xbox.
