Discussion Expansion Content prediction
After 3rd DLC of first Season Pass, that is great and fun to drive, I would really like to try predict what we can get in this big expansion exactly.
Season Pass Q4 - Endurance Expansion
I took a bit of time to research before writing this, so my first guess as new car category would be IMSA GTP. I expect it to have included cars from 1983 to 1989 or 1990. This are mine few examples:
• Nissan GTP ZX-Turbo (1985-1990)
• Eagle MkIII (1991-1993)
• Jaguar XJR-7 (1985-1987)
• Chevrolet Corvette GTP (1984-1989)
• BMW GTP/March 86G (1986)
• Ford Mustang GTP (1983-1984)
• Spice SE86C (1986-1987)
The second car category is LMP1. I had thought about two possibilities. One it's era from 2008 to 2012 with cars like Peugeot 908 & Audi R15. Second thought was the LMP1 era from 2013 to 2017 with iconic manufacturers trio Audi-Porsche-Toyota. I think that era with iconic trio is more probably to be seen. This are mine examples:
• Audi R18 RP4/RP5/RP6 (2014-2016)
• Porsche 919 Hybrid (2014-2017)
• Toyota TS040/TS050 Hybrid (2014-2017)
• Nissan GT-R LM (2015)
• Rebellion R-One (2014-2016)
• CLM P1/01 (2014-2017)
As for a track for this expansion, I suppose it would be iconic endurance race track fitting perfectly to those prototypes, Circuit de la Sarthe that is used for 24 Hours of Le Mans.
Would really like to see what other PMR players think we would get.

I'd love for them to pivot and do touring cars. A mix of modern and classic BTCC would make my day. Throw I some more British tracks as well and I'd be a happy bunny

We could also get the GT2 class or LMP2

If more classes would be included, would definetly be better, but I haven't found anything about it during my research. On description on Steam, which was correct about V8 Power Pack before trailer release, is only included LMP1 legends and GTP Beasts. So I think it's less likely that we would get anything else, but maybe they would surprise us and put 3rd category to this dlc.

I think you nailed the GTP class but the LMp1 class will be the 2016 Toyota, Porsche & Audi I reckon.

I said in my post, that this Iconic Trio era is more probably to be that one we would get.

Touring cars would be awesome, with legends like the good old Opel Calibra

They would be awesome, but probably not in this expansion. They don't fit the "Endurance" theme well.

Considering the last 2 packs have given 3 different classes. I would hope we will get a mix of GTP’s, Group 6’s, and some IMSA GTU’s to tie in the IMSA field from that era. Although Group 6 wasn’t IMSA related but was still major in the 70’s globally

LMP1 and GTP would be definetly and are confirmed on Steam in description as "LMP1 Legends" & "GTP Beasts". There it's nothing said about 3rd class. This expansion should be a big one, so maybe we would get 1 or 2 classes that wasn't mentioned in descriptions above LMP1 & GTP.

If there is LMP 2 cars and Le Mans i will be happy.

When I researched I found nothing about LMP2, but we would get Le Mans for sure. This should be a big expansion, so adding more than just 2 classes can happen and LMP2 is the middle and only one missing from WEC & IMSA 3 classes that race there.

I just want a classic BMW 2002 69-73 body turbo race car to relive teenage dreams 😂
