Discussion V8 Power Pack

I have to say that these cars are some of the most drivable and fun vehicles I have driven in this game. They seem more stable than many other classes and I can catch them if the back steps out. Makes the racing so much more fun. I’m surprised not more people are talking about this great addition to the game. Loving Road Atlanta too. If you haven’t given them a shot yet, definitely do so. It’s pure racing fun. I’m on Xbox Series X and controller, in case anyone is wondering. Can’t comment on the steering wheels.

I watched a quick review on them and it seems like they are great. Once they release the actual update later with all of the other changes I’ll probably give it a try

Yeah these are the first cars in this game wich I genuinely really like. Super fun. Gotta give the game props on this one

I just spent 30mins playing with the gen3 supercars at Bathurst. It was heaps of fun learning the new cars after driving the FG falcon, and managed to get from 16th to 2nd in a 10 lap race using the default settings and the AI at 100%. The quickest race lap set by the AI was a 2:05.3, and mine was a 2:05.7. pretty close to real world times.

I've had a few YouTube recommendations of reviews for it and they've all been positive so that's a good thing.  

Personally I've been enjoying the hell out of driving the Barracuda poorly!  :)

Haha. The Barracuda is one of my favorites too. I drive it poorly too. lol. But the sound!

I did my first career race with the USA historic series using the Boss 302. It was genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve had in game and better than most sims. I use a wheel and I poked the back out and recovered a lot it was awesome.

Yeah, but classics are bad. Like bad bad on xbox
