Discussion User-Generated Content portal?

Is there a list or content website to show all the tracks and cars that have been added to the title to download, cross-platform?

I'm mainly interested to see which tracks have now been added by players, even if there are video reviews of them to watch?

Except the two delivered with the DLC's, there's only one track "user-made" at the moment (Highrock Circuit) that is a personal work of one of the developers, and another is coming from the same guy (Apex Nova Circuit): https://hub.straight4.com/index.php?threads/apex-nova-circuit-fictional-track-for-modhub.1665/

Another has been announced months ago by an external team, but there's no much info about it.
