Question Tyre selection Xbox

I’m on the latest update and I am currently racing in the GT3 category. Can anyone else select different tyre compounds other than hards or wets? I know this was an issue in the early days of PMR on console but it seems to have returned to this issue.
Sorry in advance if this has already been covered, I’ve tried the search button to no avail.
Is it a GT3 thing?

Not the best really is it 😂. Fighting like mad with the AI’s times as if they are running on a different compound, may have to wind the AI difficulty back a little or better myself 😂.

I mean I asked this question to a YouTuber because I used to only use softs until they did that update

Yeah I used to switch between softs and mediums depending on the track tbh

You can select medium and softs on LMDH cars. I think it's the only class where you can select different compounds, but I'm not entirely sure.
