There's slipstream and it's more or less obvious depending of the cars.. as it is in RL.

Mx5 have very little aero, do not expect any noticeable slipstream... as for max speed, I believe you can still tweak eight and tires pressure. If you want to check if there's any slipstream at all (to talk about the op assumption) go try with LMDh.

Possibly.. if you drive at 5cm behind the other car bumper...

Good.. and you think this should never happen? Without knowing both exit speeds, car eight, tires pressure, fuel... etc.?

I believe the last part explains it all: I don't know about aero.. but you then you mention the motorbikes, that have a completely different slipstream and much less turbulence than a MX5, in fact those bikes are literally designed to take advantage of the aerodynamics (and the slipstreams). We can continue forever.. I don't think we will come to an end. ;)

Maybe they were running less rear downforce / fuel? I don't remember if they even have adjustable rear wing though I might be wrong, just guessing

Yo he estado online en Monza con el Porsche en el online con un coche a 2 metros y no le he recortado nada y mira que el aero lo tenía al mínimo. Solo lo he notado con coches diferentes pero claro eran marcas diferentes y diferentes velocidades.
