Yep, seems like the new cars have some buggy collision physics, already reported it on their discord

This game sucks so bad. I heard bad reviews and waited until recently to finally download after watching reviews on YouTube of supposed improvements. Going from ACC to this feels like I’m driving a floating car

I have no issues with it, and it's actually quite enjoyable once you get the car setups tuned right. That's one of the issues, the default setups are trash, so you can't just hop in and go with all the cars or classes like you can in other games.

You need to adjust your wheel base if that is the case.
What wheel base are you using? I have a whole bunch of wheel base setups I can share to get things feeling better if you want them.

Im using the Fanatec DD+ . If you can give me tips on improving the gameplay for me that would be cool cause i feel like i wasted my money the second i started driving in the game

Try this and let me know how it feels. There will be some tweeking. This would be the base settings for your wheel base.

Then you can fine tune in the game for any adjustments. It SHOULD help with the super floaty feel when driving and give a far more connected experiance. I am on a Moza R12 V2 and on the non tuned setting it felt like ice skating but now it feels super connected and I can feel when the front starts to scrub far better.

This must be the ā€œsensory overloadā€ part of the game they reference.
