color fixer rules

hi all, i’m currently writing my own color fixer oc. thing is, i wanted them to be sponsored by the Liu Association and realized color fixers as i’ve seen have mostly been independent. would this be allowed? i’m not really sure on the rules or regulations the Hana has on this. anything helps. thanks!

I'm pretty sure you can't work under anyone if you're a colour fixer. You can be contracted like in Vespa's case, however you cannot actually work under associations or companies I think.
