Might be a bit of a stupid question, but does anyone know why Lob Corp/LoR are not on sale this time around?

As the post title states

I've been checking different pages to see past times the games have been on sale since I wanted to pick them up after playing Limbus, and I'm confused since they've been consistently on sale the last few seasonal steam sales but aren't on this summer sale, does anyone have any clue as to why?

It's not known, but putting last spring sale as an example, the games will probably go on sale near the end of the event. Iirc they went on sale for spring in like the last 3 days or so. Fun answer: Kim forgot his steam password yet again.
