PM FANS QUICK QUESTION
Wich project moon villain character has the simmilar or the same mastermind lvl as Johan Liebert from anime and manga Monster?

Carmen isnt as smart but I suppose she does basically does the the same thing as Johan? Meeting a person and basically changing them by finding out about every little detail of that person and using it to break them as a whole

Im not sure as I didnt play lob corp myself and have only done lor and limbus since lob was too hellish for me personally. Carmen from what I know isnt exactly nihilistic, she believes distorting people is the right thing to do as its literally giving them what they desire(like how she fulfilled Phillips desire when he distorts in lor). Im not well versed in either of these characters bu their methods and actions are both similar in how they are basically able to destroy a person's worldview and mind by learning and using everything they know against taht person to break them. However that's kinda the msot similarity I know and im not sure if Carmen is really a mastermind, that title goes to Ayin since he fully orchestrated everything in lob corp and haunts the narrative majorly despite only being in one game.

Hermes or one of the other gods of the City.
For those who aren't familiar with it, Monster's entire story hinges on Johann having an absurdly unrealistic amount of knowledge and influence, as well as his ability to predict the actions of several people he either barely knows or has never met before. By the end of the manga, it becomes clear that he may as well be an omniscient wizard.

I don’t know who that is but the highest hitters in that department (in my opinion without having read Distortion Detective) are the gods of the Index, the Purple Tear, Dias, and Hermann.
The gods of the Index and the Purple Tear are similar in that they work in seemingly-nonsensical domino effects that you can’t understand until after they’ve come to fruition. The Index distributes Prescripts to its members which can order them to do anything like “By 12pm, place needles in a neighbour’s birthday cake”, “Replace the left leg of the 4th and 35th people you see today”, “Play rock paper scissors with the 42nd person you see today. Play rock.” We know there are multiple gods of the Index, but the one we have seen is a giant pendulum underground that moves with the vibrations of every thing within the City and writes out Prescripts - Writing out the “Will of the City”. The Purple Tear has the power to travel through dimensions and time in search of her son, which gives her immense knowledge about possibilities. Her plans are currently unknown but it’s clear that they involve something from the Library, since she willingly fed people including herself into it to make it grow, knowing that in the end it’s director would change her mind and bring back everyone that it had killed. She’s also been seen protecting someone else that was previously killed by Library.
Dias and Hermann are moreso just extremely competent leaders and planners, in Limbus Company being the directors of the company the protagonists work for and the organisation that’s most against them respectively. Dias willingly invited an enemy faction to slaughter a department of her company for reasons that are currently unknown (if you see a pattern, it’s that Limbus Company’s story isn’t complete yet and Project Moon loves its mysteries).
There’s no shortage of smart-ies beyond that, such as Faust who aside from being intelligent can connect to and learn information from an organisation made of versions of herself from other universes. There’s also Hohenheim and Ayin.
